where and when AIDA judge courses?

I'm an AIDA**** freediver, and in my country (Ukraine) the national AIDA was registered this year in august... So, we have lack of AIDA representatives, and officials ... So, is there a schedule for AIDA judge course or something like that for the nearest future, or if it is possible to to apply for those courses in someway? (place,date,requirements to join the course,duration,price etc)
